Shipping costs depend on the destination country. They will be specified to the customer at the time of checkout.
SHIPMENTS TO MAINLAND FRANCE AND MONACO
- STANDARD DELIVERY: Delivery within 3–4 business days – Free of charge
- EXPRESS DELIVERY: Delivery within 1–2 business days – €19.00
You may choose your preferred shipping method between Standard (home delivery or pickup point) and Express.
SHIPMENTS TO EUROPEAN UNION, SWITZERLAND, UNITED KINGDOM, OR NORWAY
- STANDARD DELIVERY: Delivery within 4–6 business days – Free of charge
- EXPRESS DELIVERY: Delivery within 2–3 business days – €19.00* / Free for orders over €1,000.00* (*or the equivalent amount in local currency).
From June 3rd, 2026 : For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Norway, taxes and customs duties are included in the final price. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery. These taxes and customs duties will be refunded in the event of a return.
REST OF THE WORLD
- EXPRESS DELIVERY:
Delivery within 2–4 business days (estimated timeframe) – €19.00* / Free for orders over €1,000.00* (*or the equivalent amount in local currency).
The calculation of taxes and customs duties depends on the destination country.
For the following countries, taxes and customs duties are included in the final price: Australia, Chile, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, and Vietnam.
No additional charges will be requested upon delivery. These taxes and customs duties will be refunded in the event of a return.
Where taxes and customs duties are added to the amount payable at checkout, please note that these charges will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Please note that delivery times refer to business days only and do not include weekends or public holidays*.
Your order will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in France.
*French public holidays for 2026 are: January 1, April 6, May 1, May 8, May 14, May 25, June 9, July 14, August 15, November 1, November 11, and December 25.
ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY
You can check the status of your order and track each stage of delivery by logging into your account. Information is available under “My Orders”.
You can also track your shipment using the tracking number provided by the carrier.
Your tracking number can be found either in your account under “My Orders” or in your shipping confirmation email.
