RETURN POLICY

During the holiday season, the return period is extended. All orders placed between December 1st and December 23rd may exceptionally be returned until January 10th. The usual return conditions will apply to all orders placed after December 23rd.

You can return one or more products of your order within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.


Return items must then be delivered to the courrier within 7 days.

Returns and refunds also apply on sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FROM SWITZERLAND:

For international returns any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes that are paid at checkout are non refundable. For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from France . These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS:

We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any item purchased on our e-store within 14 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

Log into “My account", section “My Orders”.

Select the related order and click on “View Order”.

Click on “Return” in the menu below the order date.

Fill the requested fields (order number and email address) and click on “View the order”.

Indicate the item(s) that you wish to return and the reason of the return in order to issue the prepaid return label. 

if you passed an order in Guest mode : 

Click onto "Ask for a return" in the footer of our website. 

Fill the requested fields (order number and email address) and click on “View the order”.

Indicate the item(s) that you wish to return and the reason of the return in order to issue the prepaid return label.

Then, prepare the package and make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all the tags stillattached. If not, we may not be able to accept your return and refund the merchandise. 

Print the pre-paid label and attach it on the parcel.

With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Your parcel is now ready to be dropped at one of the nearest Chronpost drop station. 

 
If you prefer, you can also use a different courier service that the one suggested by Barbara Bui. In this case, return shipping and any possible theft or loss during transit will be at your own expense and responsibility. The address where to send your parcel is the following:  B.B. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through “My Returns” or with the Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.

Note: Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different countries.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND:

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund times for payment done with Credit or Debit card will depend on the Card company's policies. 

Refund for payment done with Paypal will be visible in your account as soon as the refund is issued.
