1 - SHOPPING
To make online purchases on the BARBARA BUI website, you must create an account . So you can take advantage of sections and services reserved exclusively for our customers.
Start Shopping:
To easily browse our catalog, use our navigation menu to choose an item category or discover all our selections on our Home page. If you want to be guided in your purchases, we invite you to browse the LookBook category.
If you are looking for a specific item, you can use our filters (categories, colors, sizes) or our search bar.
Product information:
For each item, you will find a detailed product sheet indicating the characteristics of the product (description, size and cut, color, composition and maintenance)
Click on the product photo to enlarge it.
Sizes:
The size that appears on the item's label is indicated on each Product Sheet.
To find the size that interests you, we invite you to use our size guide present in each Product sheet.
How to place your order?
On the product sheet, choose the color and size of your choice
Add the product to your CART
You have the choice between paying for your purchases or continuing to explore our site.
Once you are done shopping, click on ORDER
Fill in your details and choose your delivery method
Check that you have entered your information correctly, then click on the "NEXT" button.
Choose payment method
Click PLACE ORDER
From the Product page, you can also save the item in your Wish-List, and finalize your purchase at another time.
You will receive a few minutes later a first confirmation email containing all the details of your order. Then you will receive a second confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.
How to use promotional codes?
BARBARA BUI promotional codes allow you to take advantage of promotions and exclusive offers on services or items. To receive your promotional codes, subscribe to the Newsletter. If you use your promotional code, enter it in the field indicated on the payment page, then click on the "Apply" button. You can only use one promotional code per order.
If the code turns out to be invalid, check the newsletter for the valid dates of the promotion and the product categories concerned.
Can I make purchases from my mobile device?
You can use the version of our site specially optimized for mobile devices.
Can I modify my order, add or remove products?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Each order is treated separately, and once your order has been confirmed, it is impossible to modify the details.
If you wish to purchase other items, you must place a new order. If you wish to return items, please see our Returns Policy .
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to modify it in any way. However, you can send the package back to us, as indicated in our Return Policy
2 - ORDER PROGRESS STATUS
Order being prepared:
The order has been confirmed and we have already sent you a confirmation email containing the order number.
Shipped :
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation with the package tracking number.
You can check the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account, under "My Orders".
Placed your order more than 24 hours ago and still haven't received an email confirmation?
Check your e-mail "Junk Mail" folder and check that the addresses customercare@barbarabui.fr Where orders@barbarabui.fr are on your email account's safe senders list. Thus, our emails will no longer be blocked in the future by your email spam filter.

3 - PAYMENT
Means of payment :
On the BARBARA BUI E-Store, you can use the following means of payment: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue), PayPal.
You can also pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna.
The total amount of your purchases will be debited from your card when your order is confirmed.
The payment will be notified on your account statement as BARBARA BUI E-STORE PARIS
In the event that we are unable to deliver one or more items of your order, we will send you an e-mail notification. In addition, your card will only be charged for items actually shipped.
Payment Security:
Our site is the subject of a security system.
We have adopted the SSL encryption process, but we have also reinforced all the scrambling and encryption processes to protect all sensitive data related to means of payment as effectively as possible.
When making a purchase, payment is made using the secure Adyen system. Your bank details are encrypted and thus fully protected against any form of hacking.
Similarly, your card number is never visible and/or kept by BARBARA BUI if you choose, during an order or directly from your account, to save a payment card for future purchases. Your bank details remain completely confidential.
During your payment, the symbol or indicates that you are in a secure connection. The "https" prefix should appear in your browser's address bar when you are on the payment page.

Invoices and Taxes:
You have the option of indicating a billing address different from the delivery address, from your account in the “My address book” section.
VAT is already included in the prices listed on the pages of the site in the Shopping Cart.
The shopping services on BARBARA BUI are exclusively reserved for end consumers. Prices shown include VAT.
BARBARA BUI issues an invoice for each order placed. This document will be sent as an attachment with the parcel shipping confirmation email. You will also find the purchase invoice in your package.
Note: once the order has been confirmed, it will be impossible for you to modify the information you have entered, just as it will be impossible for us to issue a new invoice.
